论述了炼钢投料按浇次分摊的实现方法。通过应用OPC、DDE等方式对程控制系统自动采集投料数据,建立炼钢投料分摊算法,实现按浇次对板坯投料进行分摊,满足ERP财务成本核算要求,解决了炼钢过程板坯投料成本不准的难题。

This thesis discusses the implementation of goods issue apportion by casting. Goods issue data is automatically collected from the process control system by OPC and DDE, which establishes algorithm of goods issue apportion and implements goods issue apportion by casting, appeasing the requirements of the financial cost accounting by ERP. And the steel-making process problems of slab goods issue cost are solved.
