摘要 改进了一次精盐水中钙镁离子含量的检验方法。与此前的方法相比,该方法可分别选用更灵敏的滴定指示剂,将样品量由50 m L增加到100 m L,在样品前处理中分别调节p H值,将钙镁离子分开检测,并在镁离子滴定时加入无水乙醇。该方法对钙镁离子质量分数的检测限最低可达8×10-8,重现性好、操作简单、快速准确,效果较好地应用于湖北兴瑞化工有限公司生产过程检验。 Improvements were made on the detection method of calcium ion and magnesium ion content in primary brine. Compared with the previous method, the improved method used more sensitive titration indicator, increased the sample volume from 50 to 100 mL, adjusted pH value during various pretreatment of samples, detected calcium ion and magnesium ion separately, and added anhydrous ethanol in titration of magnesium ion. The detection limit of calcium ion and magnesium ion in the method was as low as 8 ×10^-8. The method was fast, accurate, simple to operate, and had good repeatability.The method had been well used by Hubei Xingrui Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in inspection of production process.
