摘要
针对一次盐水工序过滤器给料泵输送流量不能满足生产需要的问题,对工艺管路进行了改造,并更换了离心泵(利用废旧)。根据泵的叶轮切割定律对更换的离心泵叶轮进行切割,降低其扬程、流量和轴功率,保证流量符合实际需要,并降低了能量的损耗。
Process pipelines were transformed, and an idle centrifugal pump was used to replace the old one, in order to solve the problem that the flow of feed pump for filter used in the primary brine process could not meet the need of production. The impeller of the pump was cut according to the law of impeller cutting. The lift, flow and shaft power of the pump was reduced. The flow was ensured to meet with the actual needs, and energy loss was reduced.
