锂硫电池用S/KB复合材料的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以科琴碳黑(KB)作为单质硫的载体,分别用球磨法和热处理法制备S/KB复合正极材料。用XRD、循环伏安、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒流充放电测试,对材料进行分析。球磨法制备的材料首次放电比容量较高,1.0C放电至1.5V,最高达1670mAh/g;热处理法制备的材料循环性能更稳定,以0.5C在1.5~2.5V循环30次,放电容量保持率约为82%。 S/KB composites were synthesized by ball-milling and heat-treatment, respectively, using super conductive Ketjen black (KB) as carrier of element sulfur. The materials were analyzed by XRD, cyclic vohammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. The material prepared by ball-milling owned higher initial discharge capacity up to 1 670 mAh/g when discharged to 1.5 V with 1.0 C;the material prepared by heat-treatment had better cycle performance,when cycled in 1.5 ~ 2. 5V with 0. 5 C, the discharge capacity retention was about 82% after 30 cycles.
