辽宁省图书馆合作参考咨询问题研究

A Study on Library Collaborative in Liaoning Province

辽宁省公共图书馆存在的问题是专业参考咨询子网站数量少,数字参考咨询服务尚未普及,以及参考咨询员整体水平低;辽宁省高校图书馆数字参考咨询整体上好于公共图书馆,但个别院校图书馆没有重视参考咨询服务。辽宁省各级各类图书馆首先要加强自身数字参考咨询的建设,在此基础走"高校+3"合作参考咨询模式,即以高校强大的资源优势加上三个地区共享域,联合起来辐射全省各行各业的读者。

Reference websites are few. Digital reference services are not popular and reference librarian is low in overall level; College and University Library reference are better than public library,but some individual College and University don＇t pay attention to reference service. Based on the analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures： firstly all library strengthen their own construction of reference,and then developing mode of University ＋ 3,that is college and university libraries＇ s competitive advantage coupled with 3 area sharing domains,servicing readers from all walks of life in Liaoning Province.
