人民币国际化的政治经济学分析

A Political Economy Analysis of RMB Internationalization

国际货币政治经济学认为货币国际化除了受经济影响因素之外,还受到政治因素的影响。国际货币政治经济学中有关国际货币的分类以及政治因素影响货币国际化使用的两种方式,为探讨人民币国际化提供了一个可供借鉴的分析框架。根据协商货币定义中涉及到的外交协商、自愿激励和区域政治经济影响力三方面对人民币国际化展开分析。中国政府在推进人民币国际化时,通过外交协商与合作、获得外国政府和外国私人部门自愿支持以及发挥区域政治经济影响力为人民币在境外使用搭建平台。

The international monetary political economics holds that currency internationalization is influenced by economic factors, but also affected by the political factors. In the international monetary political economics, the classifications of the international currencies and two ways that political factors affect the use of currency internationalization, all together provide a reference analytical framework to discuss the internationalization of the RMB. Based on the three aspects of the diplomatic negotiation, the voluntary incentives and the regional political and economic influence covered by the definition of negotiated currency, the article analyzed the internationalization of the RMB. In the course of advancing the internationalization of the RMB, the Chinese government could build a platform for the offshore RMB trading, through diplomatic negotiations and cooperation, obtaining voluntary support from foreign governments and foreign private sectors, as well as playing regional political and economic influence.
