To explore and guide NPO participation in the construction and operation of social housing would not only be beneficial to the long-term and rational development mechanism of housing system, but also will produce important promotion influence to the transformation the government functions, to the strengthening and innovation of social management, to the growth of civil society and the achievement of public housing right.
