本体感觉训练在治疗半月板损伤中的作用和实践研究 被引量:12

摘要 半月板损伤是运动训练中较常见的运动损伤,严重地影响正常训练和日常活动。如何安全有效的恢复半月板的功能是长期以来备受关注的问题。随着研究的深入,不断地提出了一些新的康复训练理念和训练方法。人体本体感觉可能会精确的反馈外界张力等因素的变化,因此,本体感觉训练作为一种康复治疗、康复训练的方法在临床上广泛使用。本文综述本体感觉训练在治疗半月板损伤中的应用和实践,研究表明,本体感觉训练可有效地促进半月板损伤恢复,但目前对本体感觉作用的机制尚不清楚,也缺少规范化的评定和治疗措施,但是技术上的发展可能有助于解决这些问题。 Meniscus injury is common sports injury during training, which can affect daily exercise and activities. How to securely and effectively rebuild Meniscus’ function is a more concerned problem for long time. With the deep-ening of research,the new concept of rehabilitation train-ing and new methods of training have been put forward. Because of the proprioception may accurately reflect the factors such as changes in external tension, the proprio-ception training,as a kind of rehabilitation method for the treatment and training,is widely used in clinical. This ar-ticle summarizes the application and practice of the prop-rioception training in the treatment of meniscus injury. Studies have shown that proprioception training can effec-tively promote the function recovery of meniscus injury. However,at present,the mechanism of proprioceptive role for treatment of meniscus injury is unclear,and the stand-ardization evaluation and treatment are also lack. Howev-er, the emergence of new technology may help to solve these problems.
