空手道比赛中前手拳技术运用的研究——以江苏省空手道队运动员宋韧为例

通过录像观察法、数理统计法和专家访谈等研究方法,对江苏省空手道队运动员宋韧前手拳技术在2012年全国空手道锦标赛和2013年全国冠军赛比赛中的运用进行研究分析,旨在对运动员前手拳技术存在的问题和不足进行分析,并提出相应的训练方法,从而提高运动员技术水平,提高运动成绩,同时为空手道前手拳技术的训练提供理论支持。

By the methods of video observation,mathemat-ical statistics and expert interviews and other research methods,the research and analysis of theuse of the Jiang-su province of karateathletes SongRen priorboxing in 2012 national Karate Championships and the 2013 national-championship game, the problems andshortcomingsof pri-orboxing athletes are analyzed,and puts forwardthe corre-sponding countermeasures.
