南京市中小学开展抖空竹运动研究

Research in Diabolo of Nanjing Primary and Secondary School

中小学开展抖空竹运动具有身体锻炼意义,文化传承意义,当前随着城市的飞速发展与人们生活方式的改变,抖空竹作为历史发展的见证和民俗文化的传承方式,在中小学开展空竹运动,不但对青少年的发育大有禆益,而且对青少年继承和弘扬中国传统文化都具有现实意义。南京市中小学开展抖空竹运动具有三点优势:(1)"阳光体育运动"推进为学校开展抖空竹运动搭建了平台;(2)南京的文化积淀与民间高手为学校开展抖空竹运动提供了资源;(3)实验学校的开展经验为抖空竹运动的普及提供了依据。为进一步推动抖空竹运动在南京市中小学开展,提出四点建议:(1)以政府为主导、民间为依托;(2)空竹传承人进校园、体育教师走出去;(3)空竹技法课程化、开展形式多样化;(4)广开教育途径、重在空竹文化。

As the city’s rapid development and changes of lifestyle,Diabolo,as witness of the historical development and the inheritance of folk culture,Diabolo campaigns in primary and secondary schools, lot of Pi benefit not only on the development of young people and young people in-herit and carry forward the traditional culture of China are pertinent. Development of Diabolo Exercise with a three point advantage in primary and middle schools in Nanjing nbsp;City：（1） the “Sunshine Sports” push for school Diabolo Exercise Platform;（ 2 ） cultural heritage and folk master Nanjing provides resources for school Diabolo Exercise;（3） experimental school development experience has pro-vided the basis for the popularize diabolo exercise. To fur-ther promote the Diabolo Exercise in primary and second-ary schools in Nanjing City,puts forward four suggestions：（1）is dominated by the government,the folk as the basis;（2）Cephalostachyum heritage of people into the campus, sports teachers go out;（ 3 ） the Diabolo skill course, car-ried out in diverse forms;（4） the way of education,wide open focusing on the Diabolo culture.
