摘要 运动完全性脊髓损伤后,髋关节和膝关节部位骨密度显著下降,严重影响到骨骼健康,进而严重影响患者预后。本文综述脊髓损伤对骨健康的影响及相关治疗。 The bone mineral density (BMD) significantly reduced after complete spinal cord injury, which seriously influence the bone health. This article reviewed the influence of spinal cord injury on bone health, diagnosis and measurement of the BMD, management for bone health.
