摘要
目的检测高血压患者体内脯氨酸寡肽酶(prolyl oligopeptidase,POP)酶学活性变化并探讨这一变化与各临床指标的相关性。方法选取2012年8月1日至2014年6月1日间就诊于北京阜外心血管病医院的高血压1级患者45例、高血压2级患者26例,高血压3级患者24例及正常血压受试者27例。所有参与者均行体格及超声心动图检查,并抽取静脉血以测定POP酶学活性以及相关生化指标。采用Pearson线性相关分析确定参数之间的变化及关系。结果与对照组相比,高血压患者POP酶学活性减低(1级高血压1.40±0.56U、2级高血压1.13±0.60U、3级高血压1.10±0.58U,对比对照组1.82±0.47U,均P<0.01),与高血压1级患者相比,高血压2级和3级患者血浆中POP酶学活性减低(P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析提示POP酶学活性与收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、左心室心肌质量指数相关(均P<0.05)。结论 POP酶学活性随着高血压程度的加重而减低。
Objective To determine the enzymatic activity of prolyl oligopeptidase (POP)in hypertensive patients and explore the relations between the changes of POP enzymatic activity and clinical features.Methods Forty-five patients with grade 1 hypertension,26 patients with grade 2 hypertension,24 patients with grade 3 hypertension and 27 normotensives were included in the present study,who were selected from Fuwai Hospital from 1st August,2012 to 1st June,2014.All the participants underwent physical and echocardiographic examinations.Meanwhile,fasting blood was collected to determine the POP enzymatic activity and routine biochemical indicators.Results Compared with the controls,POP enzymatic activities were significantly reduced in hypertensive patients (grade 1 hypertention 1.40±0.56 U, grade 2 hypertention 1.13±0.60 U,grade 3 hypertention 1.10±0.58 U vs the controls 1.82±0.47 U,all P 〈0.01), and this reduction was more evident in patients with grade 2 or 3 hypertention as compared to ones with grade 1 hypertention(P 〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that POP enzymatic activity was significantly associated with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,high density lipoproteins and left ventricular mass index(P〈0.05).Conclusion POP enzymatic activity was reduced with the increasing blood pressure.
