VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D在MDS患者血清中的表达及意义

The expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor-C,cyclooxygenase 2and cathepsin-D in myelodysplastic syndromes patients

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)、环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase 2,COX-2)、组织蛋白酶-D(cathepsin-D,Cath-D)在骨髓增生异常综合症(myelodysplastic syndromes,MDS)患者血清中的表达水平及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量检测44例MDS患者、50例正常健康人血清中的VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D含量并进行比较。结果 MDS患者血清中VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D的表达水平明显高于正常健康对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01)。VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D的表达在不同性别、年龄比较中无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而在不同临床分型比较中VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D的表达与MDS分型呈正相关性。结论联合检测血清VEGF-C、COX-2、Cath-D的表达对MDS疾病的发展、治疗、预后有重要的作用。

Objective To discuss the significance of serum vascular endothelialgrowth factor-C（VEGF-C）,cyclooxygenase 2（COX-2）and cathepsin-D（Cath-D）in myelodysplastic syndromes（MDS）patients.Methods Serum VEGF-C, COX-2 and Cath-D were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in 44 patients with MDS,to compare with 50 healthy people （Control group）.Results Serum VEGF-C,COX-2 and Cath-D level in MDS patients group were all increased significantly compared with the control group （all P〈0.01）.To these markers,there were not significant difference in sex and age to the two groups,and the results of correlation analysis show that VEGF-C,COX-2 and Cath-D had a positive correlation with Clinical typing.Conclusion To evaluate the advancing,treatment and Prognosis of MDS,There are more value to test the serum level of VEGF-C,COX-2 and Cath-D.
