摘要
人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）通过表达病毒癌基因,干扰机体正常信号转导、细胞因子活化及扰乱有效的细胞免疫应答形成了癌症发病的确切因素,但此过程需要经历长期且极其复杂的系列分子事件和多种编码基因与非编码基因的参与,并且在不同的感染部位,致癌的几率和病理过程差异很大;
