摘要
培育和凸显办学特色既是新建本科院校走向成熟的重要标志,也是其完成转型与内涵式发展的有效途径。但调研发现,多数新建本科院校对此认识模糊,在特色办学的设计和建设方面存在诸多问题,严重制约了学校的升级转型。深入剖析办学特色的内涵,探究阻碍新建本科院校特色形成的因素,有利于从宏观和微观两个层面发现办学特色形成的思路。进而从理念更新、多元化办学体系构建、比较优势及地域优势挖掘等方面,为新建本科院校实现内涵发展提供建设性意见。
It is a significant symbol for the mature development of newly-founded colleges to show their school- running characteristics, which simultaneously provides an effective path to achieve transformation and connotative development for them. By means of renewal of school-running i- dea, construction of multi-system, tapping the comparative advantage and geographical advantage, there will be a path for cultivating and strengthening school-running characteristics.
