摘要
研究了人发漂白过程中蛋白酶MY代替传统漂白工艺对人发漂白效果的影响。考察了蛋白酶用量、处理时间、温度和p H值对人发的白度和断裂强力的影响。实验结果表明:蛋白酶MY处理过程的最佳酶用量为4‰(owf),酶处理时间80 min,p H值7.5,处理温度40℃。在此条件下,处理后人发的白度值达到21.7,强力为121.49 c N,较传统工艺漂白后的断裂强力提升约10%,能够很好地符合发制品企业对漂白工艺的生产实际要求。
In the bleaching process of human hair, the final bleaching effect of hydrolysis of scale by protease MY was studied. Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions of protease MY treatment process were as follows: protease dosage 4%0 (owf), treatment time 80min, pH value 7.5, treatment temperature 40 ℃. Under the above mentioned conditions, the whiteness of bleached hair reached 21.7 and the breaking strength reached 121.49 cN that increasing about 10% compared with traditional process of breaking strength, which can practical production requirements. well satisfy the enterprises to bleaching process of practical production requirements.
