芜菁颗粒在糖尿病视网膜病变光凝术后的应用 被引量:1

Application of Turnip particles for diabetic retinopathy after retinal photocoagulation

摘要 目的 评价芜菁颗粒在糖尿病视网膜病变患者激光光凝术后应用的效果与安全性.方法 采用随机、盲法、安慰剂平行对照试验设计.低剂量组:芜菁颗粒1袋+模拟剂1袋,3次/d,口服.高剂量组:芜菁颗粒2袋,2次/d,模拟剂2袋,1次/d,口服.安慰剂组:2袋,3次/d,口服.14 d为一个疗程.受试者在试验期间糖尿病基础治疗不变.观察临床疗效,治疗前、治疗3、7、14 d末空腹血糖水平及14 d末糖化血红蛋白水平.结果 高、低剂量组疗效优于安慰剂组(P<0.05),而高、低剂量组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后高、低剂量组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖均低于安慰剂组(P<0.05).试验过程中未出现严重不良反应.结论 芜菁颗粒在糖尿病视网膜病变激光光凝术后应用疗效显著,且安全性良好,可作为糖尿病视网膜病变激光术后的辅助用药. Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of application of Turnip particles for the patients with diabetic retinopathy after retinal photocoagulation.Methods A randomized,blinded and placebo controlled study.Patients were divided into 3 groups:low-dose group,high-dose group and placebo group.In low-dose group,1 bag of Turnip particles and 1 bag of placebo were prescribed 3 times per day orally.In high-dose group Turnip particles and placebos were prescribed 2 bags 2 times per day and 2 bags once per day orally respectively.In placebo group placebos were prescribed 2 bags 3 times per day orally.The course of treatment was 14 days.During the trial,patients were treated with same basic treatment of diabetes.The clinical efficacy,the levels of fasting blood glucose at four different time points (bcfore treatment,3 days,7 days and 14 days after treatment) and glycosylated haemoglobin at 14 days after treatment were observed.Results The effects of high-dose group and low-dose group were better than that of placebo group (P 〈 0.05),while the difference between high-dose group and low-dose group was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05).After treatment,the levels of the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated haemoglobin in high-dose group and low-dose group were lower than that in placebo group (P 〈 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the trial.Conclusion The application of turnip particles after retinal photocoagulation is effective and safe.Turnip particles can be used as adjuvant drug for diabetic retinopathy after retinal photocoagulation.
