民间十字刺绣女工视疲劳调查分析

Analysis of asthenopia of folk embroidery woman workers

目的 调查民间十字刺绣女工视疲劳患病现状及致病因素.方法 对2010年1月～2013年12月本院门诊228例十字刺绣妇女视疲劳的病历资料进行回顾性分析,按患者年龄、刺绣强度进行分组,对组间差异进行比较分析.结果 视疲劳严重程度与年龄、作业强度呈正相关.结论 刺绣特有的长时间持续精细作业是视疲劳产生的主要原因,中老年刺绣妇女是视疲劳好发人群.

Objective To investigate and analyze the status and pathogenetic factors of asthenopia of local fock embroidery woman workers.Methods The data of 228 embroidery women with asthenopia in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.According to patients＇ age and embroidery strength,the workers were divided into different groups.And the differences between these groups were compared.Results The severity of asthenopia were positively related to the age and intensity of work.Conclusion Specific long work duration of embroidery is a major cause of asthenopia which usually occurs in middle-aged and old female.
