摘要
为了探讨不同精料补充料对育成期梅花鹿母鹿消化率和生产性能的影响,随机选择健康、年龄体重相近的21头育成期母鹿,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组7头,分别饲喂a、b、c 3种不同组成的精料补充料。日粮精粗比分别为35∶65。结果表明:育成期母鹿干物质、有机物质的采食量C组显著高于B组和A组,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05),粗蛋白消化率C组最高,且C、B两组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。其他营养物质消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。梅花鹿平均日增重C组显著高于B、A两组(P<0.05),B组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。
In order to investigate the effect of different concentrate supplements on nutrient digesti- bility and performance of growing sika deer, 21 healthy young sika deer with similar age and weight were randomly allocated into 3 groups of 7. Three different concentrate supplenents were fed sepa- rately. The ratio of concentrate to roughage was 35 : 65. The results were showed that intake of dry matter and organic matter of experimental animals for group C were significant higher than that for groups B and A (P〈O. 05), and group B was higher than for group A (P〈0. 05). CP digestibility for group C was the highest, groups C and B were higher than for group A(P〈0. 05).Other nutrients digestibility did not differ significantly ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The average daily weight gain of animals for group C was significantly higher than that for groups B and A (P〈0. 05 ), and group B higher than that for group A (P〈0.05).
