Based on the meaning of quantitive combat resilience for equipment, the definition of equipment rush repair degree first of all is described, and then the process of building EW equipment quantitative model for evaluating combat resilience （rush repair degree model） is researched. Also the application of model based on EW equipment in the end is discussed.
