The target for the media college introducing radio and television to construct productive practice base is to solve the contradiction between production and education, the subject system, the low ability of employment and high cost of running .Media college must change the traditional concept of education, form dynamically generated personalized knowledge view, integration course view, and community learning view.In order to promote the development of practice base, media college should explore suitable cooperation model, establish scientific management and evaluation system.
