摘要
报道了100 kt/a粉状MAP装置在扩产至150 kt/a的同时,针对成品萃取磷酸及中和浓缩、喷雾干燥、尾气除尘等工序的存在问题,采用自动表面反洗过滤器使磷酸得以净化,中和浓缩工序加大了换热面积,喷雾干燥工序新增了空气换热器和热风机,尾气除尘工序采取了除雾收尘措施,技改达到了预期效果,取得了较好的收益和回报。
It is reported that for problems in the product extraction phosphoric acid and neutralization concentration,spraying and drying,tailgas dedusting,when the 100 kt / a powder MAP plant is expanded to 150 kt / a,automatic surface counter washing is used for the filter to purifying the phosphoric acid,heat exchanging area of the neutralization concentration section is increased,the air heat exchanger and hot air blower are added in the spraying and drying section,and demisting and dedusting measures are taken in the tailgas dedusting section. The technical revamp has achieved the expected effect with good profit and return.
