摘要
目前靶场采用爆破威力试验来考核同一类型战斗部的杀伤威力,以爆炸后形成的抛掷漏斗坑体积来对比其威力大小。文中通过理论分析,计算了不同因素对爆破威力结果的影响,并结合ANSYS/LS-DYNA和靶场试验,对不同埋深的战斗部爆破威力进行了分析验证。研究结果表明,爆坑容积大小不仅取决于战斗部装药质量、土壤性质、埋入深度等参数,还取决于战斗部壳体的材料。不同装药质量的战斗部存在一个最佳抛掷深度,在此深度下,抛掷漏斗坑的体积达到最大。
Currently, blasting power test is often used to compare lethality of same type of warhead, and throwing crater volume which forms after the explosion is used to evaluate the size of its power in range. Through theoretical analysis, the effect of different factors on the results of blasting power was calculated. Combined with ANSYS / LS-DYNA and range test, the power of warhead blast at different depth was analyzed. The results show that the crater volume depends not only on the size of warhead quality, soil properties, warhead buried depth and other parameters, but also depends on the warhead shell material. There is an optimum depth for warheads with different charge quality, at this depth, the volume of throwing crater achieves maximum.
