基于ANP的船舶主机维修性评估研究

Research on Evaluation of Ship Main Engine Maintenance Based on ANP

目前用于船舶的评估方法众多,但缺乏一种能准确描述评估指标之间联系的评估方法。为了满足现代船舶企业的需求,解决船舶后续使用和维修过程中的问题,采用ANP(网络分析法)对舰船的维修性进行了综合评估。通过综合分析考虑维修性的单项指标,构建了维修性评估指标体系,确定了准则与各元素之间的相互影响关系,借助Super Decisions软件计算出各指标权重,得出了综合评估值。结果表明,评估分值满足维修性评估要求对船舶评估具有实践意义。

At present,the assessment methods about the ship are numerous,but there is not a method which can describe the associations among the assessment indexes. To satisfy the need of the modern ship enterprise and solve the problem in the flow-up use and maintenance of the ships,this paper adopted ANP （network analysis method）to make comprehensive assessment of the maintenance of the ship. By consid-ering the single index of the maintenance,we built the maintenance index system and confirmed the rule and associations among the elements,and calculated the weight of each index by Super Decision software and got the comprehensive assessment value. The results show that the assessment value can satisfy the need of the maintenance assessment and has practical importance about the ship assessment.
