高校智能金融创新实验区建设与实践——以重庆市为例

Construction and practice of smart financial innovation experimental area:Taking Chongqing as an example

根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的指导方针,以适应社会经济发展对高端金融人才培养的要求。打造以七大创新实验集群为技术平台的"智能金融创新实验区",全面提升人才、学科、科研"三位一体"创新能力,实现高校实验教学创新发展方式转变,以科技支撑引领区域经济社会科学发展,既服务教学、科研,还要为一线金融实务部门的人才培养、产品研发与市场化提供高端平台,以满足重庆乃至西部地区对高端金融人才培养的需求。

According to the ＂National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan＂ （2010--2020） guidelines, it is put forward to adapt to the high-end financial talents training requirements of the social economic development. To build the new seven experimental clusters as the technological platform of ＂smart financial innovation experimentation area,＂ it is proposed to comprehensively enhance the talent, discipline, scientific research ＂three^ir^-one＂ innovation ability, to realize the transformation of the development of innovative ways of experimental teaching in colleges and universities, with the support of science and technology leading the regional economic and social science development, not only service in teaching and research, but also providing a high-end platform for frontline financial practice department of personnel training, product development and marketing, to meet the need of high-end financial talents in Chongqing and the western region.
