摘要 将数字信号处理器(DSF)技术引入到运动控制系统实验教学中,提出了采用双处理器的开关磁阻电机综合实验平台方案。该方案采用双口RAM实现DSP和单片机之间的数据交换,目的在于充分发挥DSP和单片机系统各自优势,并结合上位机完成开关磁阻电机磁链特性检测及闭环运行控制实验。上位机软件通过图形化界面完成电机起、停控制及转速曲线显示等功能,方便直观,便于学生操作。通过实验,学生能更全面地掌握运动控制系统基本原理,加深对专业技术基础课程的理解,提高了学生分析问题的能力和综合运用专业知识的实践动手能力。 The digital signal processor (DSP) technology is introduced to experimental teaching of the motion control system,and the scheme of switched reluctance motor comprehensive experimental platfotto based on dual processor is put forward. The scheme uses a dual port RAM to realize the data exchange between DSP and MCU, the purpose lies in giving full play to the advantages of DSP and SCM system. Combined with PC the flux linkage characteristics of switched reluctance motor detection and dosed-loop operation control experiments can be accomplished. Based on the PC software graphical interface, the motor start,stop and speed control and curve display functions are realized and the operation is convenient for students. Through study and practice, the students can better grasp the basic principle of the motion control system more comprehensively and their understanding of fundamental courses for professional technologies will be deepened. Moreover,their ability of analyzing and comprehensively applying professional knowledge will be enhanced and their potential on innovation will be stimulated.
