摘要
从信息化建设与管理的角度介绍了南开大学实验室与设备处综合管理信息系统。该系统包括通用设备采购网上竞价、化学试剂电子商城、设备管理、大型仪器管理、实验室管理和实验室安全教育培训考试等6个子系统。各子系统均由校园网统一进行身份认证,保证了各项业务功能顺畅衔接,实现全校仪器设备和化学试剂的采购申请、购置、报账、入库等业务的实时网络化管理。该文还介绍了该综合管理系统在整合服务功能、提升管理效能方面的作用。
Taking Nankai University as an example, the informationization management system contains 6 subsystems, such as the universal equipment purchasing online bidding system, the chemical reagent electronic mall, the equipment management, the sharing management of large-scale instruments and equipment, the laboratory management, and laboratory safety education training ' examination. Each subsystem through the campus network unified identity authentication, ensures each business function smooth link, and makes the whole process from purchasing application to payment and storage to be operated and managed within the system, and practices prove that it is fairly effective.
