Exploration of resource sharing of State Key Laboratory in colleges and universities

随着高校国家重点实验室投资力度加大,其资源逐渐丰富,为了提高实验室人才及设备资源的利用率,必须努力扩大资源共享范围。通过阅读文献、搜集资料并进行样本分析,探讨了我国高校国家重点实验室资源共享现状以及存在的不足,并针对这些不足提出了有针对性的改进措施。

With the increasing investment of our country, the resource of the state key laboratory in colleges and universities becomes more and more rich, which provides the strong sport for scientific research personnel＇ s work. However,the substantial increase of investment also brings some wasting resources problems, such as repeating purchase of equipment, and lack of academic communication between scientific researchers. In order to reduce the happening of this situation and improve the utilization ratio of laboratory resources, to expand the resources sharing scope should be paid more attention. So through consulting relevant literatures and the sample analysis, this paper tries to find problems existing in the state key laboratory resource sharing and puts forward targeted suggestions, hoping to be helpful.
