生物化学与分子生物学实验室多年来不断积累管理经验,探索"人性化"管理模式,在完善实验室"微环境"、建立科学而灵活的实验考核体系、积极打造绿色环保实验平台等方面做出了不懈努力,将"人性化"管理理念充分融入到实验室的日常运行和维护当中,为实验教学提供了一个良好的环境。
The biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory accumulates the managerial experience for years, explores the humanized management mode, and makes unremitting efforts on optimizing laboratory micro- environment, establishing a scientific and flexible test system, and building an environment-friendly experimental platform. The humanized management concept has been fully integrated into the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory, and a good environment for experimental teaching is provided.
