摘要
采用自制的快干型水性丙烯酸改性环氧酯乳液为基料,配以无毒的磷酸锌和氧化铁红作为防锈颜料,制得性能优良的水性丙烯酸改性环氧酯防锈底漆。对影响底漆性能的各种因素,包括防锈颜填料的用量、PVC(颜料体积浓度)、助剂、催干剂、中和剂等进行了探讨。
With self-made quick drying waterborne acrylic modified epoxy ester emulsion as base material, and zinc phosphate and iron oxide red as antirust pigment, a excellent waterborne acrylic modified epoxy primer was prepared.
