Exploration on bilingual teaching of basic chemistry in medical courses

为了培养具有国际竞争力的医学人才,在学院五年制临床、影像和预防医学本科基础化学教学中,尝试采用汉语和英语进行双语教学。研究旨在用英语讲授基础化学的教学实践中,提高学员在化学领域综合运用英语的能力,为传统的教育模式向现代教育方式转变进行一些有益的探讨和尝试。

In order to cultivate medical talents with the international competivity, bilingual teaching was tried in basic chemistry, one of the courses for the undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine, medical imaging and preventive medicine with five-year system. The research is aimed to raise the students＇ comprehensive skill of using English in the field of chemistry through the bilingual teaching of the basic chemistry course, and meanwhile benefit the change from the traditional education mode to the modern mode.
