医学检验本科专业人才培养模式改革探讨

Exploration of cultivation professionals in four-year system of medical undergraduates

进入21世纪,随着我国医学检验本科教育由五年制改为四年制,如何保证和提高医学检验学生的教育质量,培养出合格的临床检验人才,已成为高等医学教育改革的主要课题。通过对目前学生培养存在问题的分析,应用"卓越检验师"培养计划,从调整教学计划,修订教学大纲;围绕素质教育,加强教材建设;改革理论教学,以临床需要带动学校教育;加强实验教学,突出学生实践能力的培养等方面的论证,初步探讨了四年制医学检验本科专业人才培养的新模式。

It is a major part of medical education to cultivate the ability of medical undergraduates with the development of medical laboratory specialty changed to four years in our country. On the basis of analysis on current situation and the Outstanding Docimaster Training Plan, this paper explores the best mode to solve the current problems through adjustments of teaching plan, strengthening of the construction of teaching materials, reform of the theory teaching and enhancement of the experimental teaching. It is concluded that the cultivation mode has potential benefits to train the students of four-year system of medical undergraduates.
