高职院校体育课实践教学体系对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures to Practice Teaching System of Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,国家对于各大院校体育课开展活动的情况越来越重视。此种情形之下,体育课实践教学成为一种新型的体育教学模式。实践性的教学模式有助于增强学生的实践能力,让学生将理论知识在实践中加以运用。从对实践教学的定义出发,阐述高职院校体育课实践教学的目标和意义;针对目前我国体育课实践教学体系存在的问题,提出具体建议并进行总结。

With the deepening and development of education reform,the country is paying more and more attention to the physical education activities. In such a situation,practice teaching with physical education has become a new kind of teaching mode,which is helpful to improve the students’practical ability,and make them apply theoretical knowledge in practice. Starting from the definition of the practice teaching,the author elaborates the goal and significance of practice teaching with physical education,and puts forward some suggestions in view of the problems with the present physical education system.
