近年来,中国企业海外上市热逐渐升温,对于A钢铁集团这种优质企业也可以考虑海外上市。2012年中国企业在美国市场经历一场退市风波后,美国市场上市受阻,但英国伦敦证券交易所这老牌资本市场对于中国企业还是有吸引力的。A集团作为中国制造业的优质企业是英国上市比较受欢迎的行业,同时也符合英国挂牌上市的条件。也就是说在英国上市有可行性,但也存在成本风险、财务准则风险和法律监管风险等。所以,在公司上市前做好上市准备和风险控制是明智的。

In recent years, there is an increasing nulnber of China enterprises intending to get listed overseas, so I- ron and Steel Group A, among other authorized economic operators （AEO） , is considering becoming listed overseas. In 2012, Chinese enterprises experienced a storm of delisting in the US market. Though frustrated in the US market, London Stock Exchange, the old capital market, is still of great fascination to Chinese enterprises. Group A, as an AEO of manu- facturers in China, is popular in the UK listed industry, and it is in line with the UK listing conditions; that is to say, it is feasible to become a listed enterprise in the UK. However, it will likely to face the risks concerning cost, financial criteria and legal supervision. In this situation, it is fairly wise for the enterprises to well prepare for listing and risk control.
