The Present Situation of Postgraduate Education for Professional Degree in China and Reflections

摘要 经过20余年的建设和发展,我国专业学位研究生教育虽然取得了巨大的成就,但还面临诸多困境,最突出的问题在于专业学位研究生教育尚未形成彰显自身教育价值与教育规律的人才培养模式、未能从真正意义上形成区别于学术型研究生教育的培养模式。提升我国专业学位研究生教育质量,需要不断探索和完善能够充分彰显专业学位研究生教育价值的培养模式和质量评估体系,包括立足职业性,优化课程设置体系;立足高质量,完善双导师制;立足应用性,加强实践基地建设。 The postgraduate education for professional degree in China has made tremendous achievements after twenty years of construction and development. Despite the great success, there are still many dilemmas in existence, and the most prominent one involved is the personnel training mode, which can hardly highlight its educational value and formu- late a related mode in accordance with the law of education, thereby failing to develop a genuinely different training mode from that of the postgraduate education for academic degree. To improve the quality of postgraduate education for profession- al degree, it is necessary to consistently explore and improve the training mode and the of qualitative assessment system which can fulfill the educational value of professional degree, including the improvement of curriculum for the purpose of professionalization, the double-tutor system for the purpose of high quality, and the construction of practice bases for the purpose of applicability.
