摘要
该泄洪闸是喀群引水枢纽主要泄洪建筑物,位于叶尔羌河河道溢流堰的左侧,叶尔羌河上游的大量推移质径流由此闸排出,闸底板,裙板磨损、侵蚀严重。多年平均悬移质输沙量3 028×104t,抗冲蚀安全度汛能力是一个重要的问题。以往泄洪闸闸底板使用的护面材料主要有高标号混凝土、浆砌石、环氧砂浆(混凝土)、铸铁板及钢板等,其效果并不理想。而效果较好的硅粉混凝土和HF混凝土已被广泛应用于水工建筑物高速水流冲刷部位,其抗压、抗冲磨、耐久性等性能已逐渐被验证和证明。
The sluice is a major flood building of KaQun water hub , which is located in the left side of yarkant river overflow weir , A large number of bedload runoff from yarkant river upstream is elimi-nated from the sluice ,its bottom and apron board are seriously wear and tear.For many years on aver-age,the suspended load sediment discharge is 3028 *104 t, The ability to resist erosion under safe flood control is an important problem.Previous cald materials for use of sluice floor are mainly high grade concrete, masonry, epoxy mortar (concrete), iron and steel,etc.The effect is not ideal.And the silicon powder concrete with better effect has been widely applied in hydraulic construction high speed water scouring.And the performances , such as compressive strength , impact resistance , dura-bility and so on have gradually been checked and proved .This paper is based on the application of silicon powder and the HF concrete and construction technology on sluice floor of yarkant river KaQun hub.
