新常态下地质环境形势分析 被引量:2

摘要 在新常态下,地质环境形势将发生不同以往的变化。地质环境变化驱动力增速将有所放缓,地质环境压力接近峰值。越来越多的区域接近或达到地质环境承载力的上限。随着生态文明建设深入推进,地质环境管理将不断升级。地质环境形势变化对地质环境调查提出了新的需求:服务国土空间开发格局优化,提升区域地质环境认知水平;服务自然资源用途管制,拓展地质环境传统领域;服务"一带一路"战略实施,积极参与全球地质环境治理。在地质环境新形势下,建议推进地质环境健康调查与研究,探索地质环境生态资本定量化评估,参与中亚地区地质环境治理。 Different changes of the geo-environmental situation will be happened in China under the new normal. The growth speed of the driving forces of geological changes will slow down, and the geo-environmental pressure will reach its maximum. In more and more areas or regions, the bearing capacities of regional geo-environment will approach or reach their top limits. With the further promotion of ecological progress, the management of geo-environment will be increasingly upgraded. The changes of geo-environmental situation bring forward new requirements for the national geo- environmental survey, including to promote the understanding of regional geo-environment so as to serve optimization of the national land spatial development pattern; to expand the traditional fields of geo-environmental survey so as to support the management of utilization of natural resources; and to vigorously participate in global geo-environmental pollution control so as to support the implementation of the strategy of building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Road. In this new geo-environmental situation, this paper suggests to promote the investigation and research of geo-environmental health, to explore the quantitative evaluation of the ecological capital of geo-environment, and to participate in the rehabilitation of regional geo-environment in Central Asia.
