本文通过对全球矿业可持续发展领域内软法的发展历程和主要倡议的背景介绍,总结和分析软法实施方式和形成特点,结合中国可持续发展软法现状,提出国际可持续发展软法在中国实施的可行性。

This article introduces the soft law on sustainable development of global mining within the context of the major initiatives, and summarizes and analyzes implementation methods of soft law, and the characteristics of the formation, with the present situation of soft law on sustainable development in China. Then the author puts forward implementation feasibility of international soft law on sustainable development in China.
