2014年工矿仓储用地供应形势分析

摘要 受产能过剩及治理雾霾等主动调控措施影响,2014年工业经济持续走低,工矿仓储用地供应下降明显。工业用地供应结构调整显著,制造业供地面积增速减缓,但高技术产业供地面积快速增长。2015年工业经济继续放缓,"长江经济带"以及"一带一路"等战略将带动中西部地区相关产业用地需求,2015年中部和西部地区工矿用地供应增速将继续高于东部地区。 Affected by the excess production capacity and regulatory measures such as smog control, the industrial economy in 2014 continued to decline, and the land supply for industry, mining and warehousing decreased obviously. The major supply structural adjustment of land used for industrial purposes was made, and the increase speed of land supply for manufacturing industry slowed down, but the land supply for high-tech industries increased rapidly. In 2015, the industrial economy will grow slowly, while strategies such as constructing the Yangtze River Economy Zone and building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road will stimulate land demand of relevant industries in the central and western regions. The supply increase speed of land used for industrial purposes will remain higher than that in the eastern region.
