国家颁布了GB∕T29590-2013《企业现场管理准则》,在全国范围内掀起了开展现场管理活动的热潮。船舶企业现场是一个非常复杂的作业现场,生产工种繁多,管理流程复杂,危险程度高。广东船舶企业"向现场要效益"潜力巨大,加强现场管理,是广东船舶企业加快转型升级,提高品牌形象、促进可持续发展的重要举措。

At present,the GB/T29590--2013 （（Criteria for field management in enterprise）） has been issued by our country, be focused highly, unfolded the ardent activities of field management in whole country. Ship enterprises have a special complex working site,which have various types of work, complicated management process, higher hazard. This paper considers that Guangdong ship enterprises have huge potential for ＂Getting more benefit from field management＂. Improving field management by proposed in this paper is an important measure for speeding up the transformation and upgrade, improving the image of brand, promoting the continuous development in the Guangdong ship enterprises.
