摘要
盾构施工将不可避免遇到完整基岩地层、软硬不均地层或孤石地层,由于不同地层盾构施工的差异性,盾构机的选型和制造应考虑复合地层的特殊性,盾构掘进过程中也应提出有针对性的措施。结合实际工程,针对大直径复合地层盾构施工特点,进行了盾构选型与掘进技术相关措施的研究和分析,引入了土压—泥水双模式混合盾构机应用的理念,对盾构刀盘设计、常压换刀技术、破碎机配置和超前地质预报这几个复合地层盾构机制造的核心技术问题提出了相关要求,并对软硬不均地层和孤石地层两大复合地层盾构掘进难题提出了针对性的解决措施。文中所述的复合地层大直径盾构机选型和掘进技术方案已在实际工程中成功应用,可对类似工程提供指导。
Shield construction inevitably involves going through the complete bedrock,the soft-hard uneven stratum or boulder mezzanine. Because of the difference of the shield construction in different strata, the choice of the right shield type and the man- ufacture of the shield should consider the particularity of the compound stratum, and individualized measures should be pro- posed in the course of the shield driving. With certain projects as practical examples, and with the characteristics of the construc- tion with a large-diameter shield in the compound stratum taken into account, the choice of the right shield type,the driving techniques and other corresponding measures are studied and analyzed in the paper,with the idea of the switching patterns between the earth bal- ance and the slurry balance recommended, and the requirements in the cutter disc design, cutter replacement under atmospheric condi- tions, rock crusher and advanced geological prediction and the corresponding measures applicable to the solution of shield driving prob- lems in the soft-hard uneven stratum and the boulder mezzanine proposed. The technical schemes the paper deals with here are already successfully applied to practical engineering projects and therefore, may serve as a useful guidance for other similar projects.
