大跨浅埋暗挖车站多层双侧壁导坑施工技术 被引量:2

On the Multi-Layer,Double-Side-Wall-Pilot-Hole Construction Technique for the Large-Span Shallow-Depth Tunneled Station

摘要 青岛地铁M3号线清江路暗挖车站沿哈尔滨主干道南北纵向布置,最小埋深只有5.4m,在爆破施工过程中不可避免地会对地层产生扰动,就必然产生不同程度的地面沉降,从而对哈尔滨路地下管线和地面建筑物等的安全性产生不利的影响。采用双侧壁导坑法能够科学合理地确定地表沉降控制指标,以减轻、消除和避免由于地表沉降产生的不利影响。以青岛地铁暗挖车站清江路站双侧壁导坑法成功施工为例,介绍了工艺流程、关键技术和控制地表沉降的措施,这对指导浅埋暗挖地铁工程施工有重要的意义。 Owing to the fact that the Tube Station at Qingjianglu Road,with the minimum buried depth of no more than 5.4 m, of the M-3 Line of the Qingdao Metro is north-south longitudinally laid out along the main road of Harbin,the blasting excava- tion is inevitable to disturb the stratum in the course of the blasting construction and causes ground settlement to different ex- tents, which will have an adverse effect on both the underground pipelines and the safety of the buildings on the ground. The settlement-controlling target may be scientifically and reasonably determined by means of the double-side-wall-pilot-hole method so as to alleviate,eliminate and prevent the adverse effect resulting from the ground settlement. With the successful application of the double-side-wall-pilot-hole method to the tunneled tube station at Qingjianglu Road of the Qingdao Metro as a practical example, the construction process,key techniques and measures adopted to control ground settlement for the project are intro- duced in the paper,which may serve as an important reference for the construction of other shallow-depth metro projects.
