摘要
目的探讨循证护理在推进优质护理服务中的应用效果,评价临床护理价值,提高临床护理质量,促进护患和谐。方法选取2012年10月~2013年8月在我科住院患者2450例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各1225例,观察组应用循证护理,对照组进行常规护理,对两组患者出院时满意度、护理纠纷及投诉率、平均住院日进行比较。结果观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,护理纠纷及投诉、平均住院日明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理的应用对提高住院患者护理服务满意度和护理质量,降低护患纠纷,促进护患和谐,缩短住院日均具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in promoting high quality nursing service, evaluation of clinical nursing value, improve the quality of clinical nursing and promote the harmonious nurse pa- tient. Methods 2450 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 1225 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with evidence-based nursing, and the control group was given routine nurs- ing. The discharged satisfaction, nursing disputes and complaints rate and hospitalization days were observed. Results The observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group. The nursing disputes and complaints and the average days of hospitalization were significantly lower than that of the control group (P^0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing can improve patients satisfaction with nursing service and nursing quality, re- duce nursing disputes, promote the nurse patient harmonious and shorten the hospitalization days.
