摘要
为了解艺术体育专业学生大学英语教学环境状况和成因,使用《艺术体育专业学生大学英语教学环境调查表》对300名在校学生进行施测。结果表明,大部分学生认为学校选用的《大学英语》教材内容、难度适合学生水平,但其对提高学生语言水平和大学英语等级考试通过率关系不大;同时,学校《大学英语》课程考核方式、内容和评价方式不合理,无法全面考核学生英语水平。
To know about the situation and causes of teaching environment in College English among students majoring in Arts and sports, the paper investigates them among 300 subjects based on questionnaires of teaching environment in college English among students majoring in Arts and Sports. The results show that most of the subjects think College English textbooks used for them have little effects on improving students' language proficiency and helping them pass the PRETCO--B although the difficulty of its content is suitable for their level. In addition, the methods and the contents of examination, the course evaluation of College English are not reasonable,which can not assesse students~ comprehensive English levels.
