我国民办高校经费问题的遗存与前瞻

The Remains and Prospective to the Funding Problems of Private Universities in China

民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,虽然发展迅速但由于教育经费的短缺致使其举步维艰。教育经费总量不足、教育经费来源单一、政府投入与政策缺失、企业投资后劲不足、学校管理能力较弱是我国民办高校经费问题的主要遗存。通过从政府政策、社会发展与高校自身三个纬度的前瞻,我国民办高校的经费问题将会得到一定程度的缓解。

Private universities is an important part of higher education in our country, although the rapid development because of the shortage of funding for education due to its difficult. The shortage of educational funds,a single source of educational fun- ding,lack of governmentrs investment and policy, enterprisesrinvestment lack of stamina, weakness of school management are the main problems of the funds remains to private universities in China. However,through the prospective of three latitudes from the government policy,social development and the university itself, funding problems of private universities in China will be eased in a certain extent.
