桃红四物汤、卡泊三醇软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗血瘀证寻常型银屑病的临床观察

Effect of Taohongsiwu Decoction, Mooring Triol Ointment Joint Card Winona Smooth Moisturizing Cream on Blood Stasis Psoriasis: A Clinical Observation

目的:探讨桃红四物汤、卡泊三醇软膏联合医学护肤品薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将168例寻常型银屑病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用口服桃红四物汤、外涂卡泊三醇软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗,对照组采用口服桃红四物汤、外涂卡泊三醇软膏,比较两组治疗后临床疗效和皮肤生理功能(包括经表皮水流失、角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量)的变化。结果:患者治疗4周后,两组表皮水分流失均值均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组明显低于对照组,前者治愈率、显效率明显高于后者;角质层含水量和皮脂含量增加,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤、卡泊三醇软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗血瘀证寻常型银屑病疗效显著,副作用少。

Objective： To explore the effect of Taohongsiwu Decoction （桃红四物汤,THSWT）, Mooring Triol Ointment Joint Card Winona Smooth Moisturizing Cream on Blood Stasis Psoriasis. Methods： The 168 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Patients were treated by THSWT Mooring Triol Ointment Joint Card Winona Smooth Moisturizing Cream in treatment group, and THSWT as well as triol ointment in control group. The effect and inefficient and skin physiology function （the epidermis cutin of water erosion, water content and the skin grease content） were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The epidermis cutin of water erosion reduced in two groups, in 4 weeks after treatment, and the treatment group showed lower epidermis cutin of water erosion than the control group; the treat- ment group showed higher cure rate and significant efficiency; the water content and the skin grease content increased, and the treatment group showed higher water content and the skin grease content than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： THSWT, Mooring Triol Ointment Joint Card Winona Smooth Moisturizing Cream can provide obvious effect on Blood Stasis Psoriasis, with fewer side effects.
