摘要
目的:探讨姜黄素对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠踝关节组织病理学改变和免疫器官质量的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、姜黄素组。模型组、姜黄素组用弗氏完全佐剂造模后,姜黄素组每日予姜黄素液腹腔注射,正常组和模型组分别给予生理盐水、1%二甲基亚砜溶剂1 m L腹腔注射。给药结束后将大鼠处死,取胸腺、脾脏,电子天平称重,并取踝关节、胸腺、脾脏行病理学检查。结果:HE染色光镜下观察,姜黄素组滑膜周围软组织炎性细胞浸润程度较模型组减轻;姜黄素组胸腺质量较模型组减少(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可以减轻佐剂性关节炎大鼠炎症反应,并降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠胸腺质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of Curcumin on the pathology of ankle tissue and the immune organ weight in Adjuvant Arthritis Rats. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into normal, control and curcumin group. The control and curcumin groups were induced by Freunds complete adjuvant, then the normal, control and curcumin group was given saline, 1% dimethyl sulphoxide and curcumin respectively by intraperitoneal injection. The rats were executed after administration, the thy- mus and the spleen were weighed by electronic balance, and then the ankle tissue, the thymus and the spleen were took for pathological examination. Results: Microscopically, Infiltration of inflammatory cells around the synovium tissue of curcumin group was significantly slighter than the control group by HE staining. The thymic weight of curcumin group was also lower than con- trol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The curcumin can decrease the inflammatory response of AA rats and reduce thymus weight.
