摘要
目的:分析退黄藤脂溶性成分。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对退黄藤药材的脂溶性成分进行分析鉴定,并通过计算机对标准质谱谱库的检索进行化学成分定性。结果:从退黄藤脂溶性成分中共检出42个成分,并鉴定了24种成分。结论:这些成分主要为烷烃类成分,均为首次在该植物中鉴定出。
Objective: To Analyze the hydrophobic constituents from Tuihuangteng [Pegia sarmentosa(Lecte.) Hand.-Mazz.]. Methods: The hydrophobic constituents from Tuihuangteng [Pegia sarmentosa(Lecte.) Hand.-Mazz.] were analyzed by GC-MS and identified by searching the standard mass spectral library on computer. Results: There were 42 compounds obtained and 24 of them were identified from the plant. Conclusion: Alkanes are major chemical constituents of these components. All the com- pounds were identified from this plant for the first time.
