2型糖尿病患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担现状及影响因素分析

Burden of Family Caregiver of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Influence Factors

目的：了解2型糖尿病患者家庭主要照顾者（简称：照顾者）照顾负担现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、疾病家庭负担量表对100例2型糖尿病患者照顾者进行调查。结果照顾者照顾负担总分为（15.11±10.49）分，照顾者照顾负担为中度、重度占46.0%。患者自我照顾能力、月医药费用以及照顾者的年龄、职业、家庭平均月收入、是否患有慢性病是照顾者照顾负担的影响因素（B=-0.245～0.308，P均＜0.05）。结论2型糖尿病患者的照顾者存在一定照顾负担，护理人员在护理患者的同时关注年龄较大、经济收入水平较低、患有慢性疾病的照顾者，需扩大社会支持网络并提倡完善医疗保健服务以减轻其照顾负担。

Objective To investigate the status quo of burden of primary caregivers of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM）and its influence factors. Methods One hundred primary caregivers of patients with type 2 DM were investigated with General Information Questionnaire and The family burden scale of disease （FBS）. Results The total score of caregivers’ burden was 15.1± 10.49, specifically 46.0% of the caregivers with moderate burden, and another 46.0% of them with heavy burden. The influence factors of burden included self-care ability and medical expenses of patients, and the age, profession, family income of caregivers and whether caregivers suffering from chronic disease or not （B=-0.245～0.308, P〈0.05）. Conclusion There exists various degree of burden among major caregivers of patients with DM, and aged caregivers, the caregivers with chronic disease and those with low income need more social support to reduce their burden.
