“渗透剂”增重绝热用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料检测方法探讨——水分的检验

摘要 近年来,随着绝热用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)在节能建筑中的广泛应用,其产品的质量也日益受到重视。然而,由于建材市场竞争日益激烈,我国EPS行业内出现通过泼洒"渗透剂"水溶液增重聚苯乙烯泡沫,制造伪劣产品,赚取高额利润的现象。而我国现有的国家标准中并没有对EPS产品中禁止掺入非原料物质做出相应规定,对于EPS板是否通过"渗透剂"水溶液增重等手段掺假也无相关检验方法。针对以上问题,分析了"渗透剂"水溶液增重EPS原理及特点,提供了几种可行的水分检测方法,为EPS板产品质量监督监管提供技术参考。 Moulded polystyrene foam board for thermal insulaion(EPS) has been widely sed in building energy efficiency projects in China. The quality of EPS is being much attention. Recently, in moulded polystyrene foam fields, some kinds of penetrant-water solution have been, used to increase the apparent density of polystyrene foam board and produce counterfeit and shoddy products because of intense market competition. However, there's neither relative regulation for forbiding adding other materials into EPS products, nor any testing method for EPS weighted by penetrant-water solution in, national standards.According to these problems, several available methods on testing water content of EPS are discussed, which can provide some suggestion for detecting moulded polystyrene foam plastics weighted by inorganic filler.
